By accessing or using SocialKit (social.toolly.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

All free tools are provided at no cost and without requiring an account. You may use free tools for personal or commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the tools themselves. The tools are provided as a service, not as software you can repackage.

The Pro plan is billed at $7.99/month. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Refunds are available within 7 days of the most recent payment.

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting us. No questions asked.
• Refunds: Full refund within 7 days of any payment. After 7 days, the current billing period is non-refundable.
• Price changes: We will notify you 30 days before any price increase. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

You agree not to misuse the service. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activity: Using tools to violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the service or its tools.
• Automated abuse: Using scripts, bots, or automated systems to overload or abuse the service.
• Copyright infringement: Downloading copyrighted content without the owner’s permission using video downloader tools.
• Malicious use: Using the service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.

SocialKit, its name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of SocialKit. The content you create using our tools (text, images, hashtags, etc.) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over anything you produce with our tools.

SocialKit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, error-free operation, or accuracy of AI-generated content. Your use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (which for free users is $0).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
